Chapter 6: Post-Migration Verification
Chapter Overview
Your sign-off checklist after Betasky loads your data and before you go live.
6.1 Census & patients
- Patient count matches cutover snapshot you approved
- MRNs searchable; first and last names display correctly
- Discharged patients visible but not in active scheduling lists
- Intake contacts, payer, and physicians match Profile PDF spot-check (test at least 5 patients)
6.2 Staff & access
- Each clinician can log in with the email from your Employee List
- Roles and permissions match Axxess (RN vs HHA vs office admin) — report mismatches to Betasky
- Branch assignment correct
6.3 Care orders & episodes
- Active patients have one correct current certification (not multiple competing episodes)
- Care order status matches cutover date (not legacy "Active" alone)
- Historical episodes open with archive PDF where provided
- Go-live patients ready for forward scheduling and new documentation
6.4 Archive PDFs & visit history
- Visit note PDFs open on historical episodes (SN, HHA, LVN, therapy)
- OASIS and POC PDFs open on the correct episode
- Archive visits appear on episode timeline with sensible dates where Betasky extracted them
- PDFs without a registered visit are still stored and searchable (extraction may vary by print layout)
6.5 Medications
- Active patients show current med list
- Discontinued meds from multi-page PDFs present (not truncated)
- Signed med profile reviews visible where imported
- Print signed med profile works
6.6 Day-one operations
- Can create schedule for active census in Betasky (forward visits — not imported from Axxess "Not Yet Started" rows)
- Mobile app shows assigned visits after you schedule post go-live
- QA / billing paths understood for new documentation in Betasky
6.7 Reporting issues
Log discrepancies with: MRN, source PDF from your export, Betasky screen, expected vs actual. Send to your Betasky onboarding contact.
